Yes. Gigly uses bank-level security including end-to-end encryption, biometric authentication, transaction PIN protection, and secure payment processing. Your money and personal data are always protected.

You can fund your wallet by bank transfer to your dedicated Gigly virtual account. Every Gigly account comes with a unique bank account number. Simply transfer any amount from your bank app and your wallet is credited instantly.

Bank transfers are credited to your Gigly wallet instantly — usually within seconds of the transfer leaving your bank. If your wallet is not credited after 5 minutes, contact our support team immediately.

The minimum funding amount is ₦100. The maximum wallet balance is ₦50,000. This limit keeps Gigly operating within CBN guidelines and protects your funds.

Gigly wallet funds are used for purchasing data, airtime, and paying bills. Direct wallet withdrawals are not currently supported. We recommend funding only what you plan to spend.

Cashback is bonus money added to your account for various activities — daily streak rewards (₦3 per day), spin wheel prizes, referral bonuses, and premium subscriber bonuses. Cashback can be used toward future purchases when the "Pay from cashback first" option is enabled.

Currently Gigly accepts bank transfers to your dedicated virtual account. Card payment will be available very soon. Watch your app for notifications when card payment goes live.

No. Gigly charges zero transaction fees. What you see is exactly what you pay — no service charges, no hidden fees, no processing costs.

Data is delivered within seconds in most cases. Our average delivery time is under 3 seconds. In rare cases with network provider delays, delivery may take up to 5 minutes.

Yes. When making a purchase, simply toggle "Buy for someone else" and enter the recipient's phone number. Gigly will automatically detect the network and lock it to the correct provider.

If a purchase fails after your wallet has been debited, the full amount is automatically refunded to your Gigly wallet within minutes. You will receive a notification confirming the refund. If refund does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support.

Yes. The Data Vault feature lets you purchase and store data bundles to use at any time. Stored bundles can be redeemed to your number or any other number whenever you need them.

Auto Top-Up lets you set rules to automatically purchase data on a schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly). Once set up, Gigly handles your top-up automatically so you never run out of data.

Gigly automatically detects the network for any Nigerian number based on its prefix. We support all MTN, Airtel, Glo, and 9mobile prefixes including 0911 (Airtel).

The Daily Streak rewards you for opening the Gigly app every day. You earn ₦3 cashback for each of the first 6 days. On day 7 you receive a special random cashback bonus between ₦40 and ₦200. Missing a day resets your streak to day 1.

After every successful data or airtime purchase, you unlock one free spin on the Gigly wheel. Spin to win cashback prizes ranging from ₦10 to ₦200. You get one spin per day — unused spins do not carry over.

Share your unique referral code with friends. When a friend signs up and makes their first purchase, you receive ₦50 cashback automatically. There is no limit to how many people you can refer.

Gigly Premium is a subscription that gives you enhanced benefits including extra cashback percentage on every purchase, priority customer support, and exclusive features. Details and pricing are available in the app under the Premium section.

As you spend more on Gigly, you progress through loyalty levels — Starter, Active, Regular, Gold, Platinum, Elite, and Legend. Higher levels unlock better cashback percentages and exclusive perks. Your level is displayed on your wallet card.

On the login screen tap "Forgot Password?" and an OTP will be sent automatically to your registered phone number. Enter the OTP, set a new password, and you are back in your account immediately.

Go to Settings → Biometric Login and toggle it on. You will be asked to verify your fingerprint once to confirm enrollment. After that, you can log in with just your fingerprint every time.

Your account may be locked after multiple failed login attempts as a security measure. Contact our support team via WhatsApp at +234 814 666 1382 or email support@gigly.ng to unlock your account. We typically resolve account locks within minutes.

Go to Settings → Change PIN. You will be asked to enter your current PIN, then set and confirm your new 6-digit PIN. For security, your new PIN takes effect immediately.
